Important Building Management Information
Starting September 1, 2026, your building will be directly managed by All Island Rentals* instead of a third-party property manager.
Devon Properties will continue to support the current management process until the transition date. As of September 1, 2026, property management will move to All Island Rentals. We are working with Devon to keep the transition organized and clear for residents.
The same on-site team will remain in place and will assist you as we make the transition. We will share additional information about each stage of the property management transition throughout July and August.
